Searching with AND operator

Has anything changed in the search function recently (in the past month). I used to be able to use the AND operator to search for images with two terms together. This no longer seems to work on our site. Results are returned as though the AND is not there, i.e. AND behaves the same way as OR. Is this a problem that requires the Search index to be rebuilt? It would be extremely helpful to have a definitive search guide as suggested by @researchcooperative on the documentation page for...

Image cropping and resizing

large Images on my JR 5 site are cut off or cropped to the default size while on my JR4 site the same images are re-sized or made to fit. JR4 to JR6 Export and Import

I am a long time customer and have JR4. Want to upgrade to JR6 and downloaded the demo premier package to try... I was able to get the Import and Export mod to load, but now I need to make a list of the User IDs I want to Import into the certain quotas (I have 4 quotas). One quota has 197 Artists, and another has 86 Members. The other 2 quotas are small. How do I get a comma delimited list of the IDs of the quotas to put enter into the import field? Ning to Jamroom migration and SEO

I am investigating the feasibility of shifting from Ning to Jamroom, in fact the Jamroom team are working on my import currently. So far so good, one major issue I must address is SEO, my 5 year established Ning site is very well indexed by the major search engines and that must continue for this migration to be successful. How do I go about ensuring that my search traffic remains intact following a migration of this nature? Have you migrated to Jamroom already? What would you do differently?
